Openssl 1.0.1d if you have a CPU with aesni support. Users with such CPUs should use the older 1.0.1c or wait for the 1.0.1e release. Official Tor project story is:
There's a bug in openssl 1.0.1d that breaks Tor (and lots of other programs) if you have a CPU with aesni support.
